1. How do I measure a box?
The proper sequence of dimensions is Length x Width x Depth. Place the carton in front of you with the open end up. Length is the longest open end dimensions from left to right. Width is the shortest open end dimension from front to back. Depth is the remaining dimension from top to bottom.

2. How soon can I get a price quote?
For most projects, once we know the carton style, dimensions, paperboard type including caliper, printing requirements and quantity, we can provide you with a price quote within 24 hours.

3. Can I have a custom designed and made packaging box?
We are the factory for paper packaging.We design and construct each project to the individual customer's needs. All of our boxes are custom made based on your artwork and packaging need.

4. Can I get a sample?
Yes, on some stock items. A nominal shipping charge, however, will apply. Certain items are excluded from our sample program. Samples are based on your artwork and packaging needs, are available, but will include a fee for the box plus estimated shipping costs.The sample making usually takes one week.

5. What are your office hours?
You can reach us between the hours of 10.00 A.M.And 20:00 P.M.GTM+8, Monday to Saturday, except holidays.

6. Do you have a price catalog?
We are a professional paper packaging manufacturer. All of our packaging products are custom made as per your request and artwork. We do not have a price catalog.

7. Will you match competitors' prices?
If you find a lower price elsewhere on the exact same item, we will meet or beat that price as long as it does not reflect a competitor's free offer, rebate, bonus, one-of-a-kind, or other limited guarantee offer.

8. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The best record we keep is delivering 20, 000 gift boxes within a week. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.

9. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
