2. Could you accept customized products orders?
Yes, we do! all of our products showed in website are made for our customers with their own logo and
specified size. we can also make it by your requirements. just tell us what your box be used for and
what's the dimensions you expected, we will give you solution and advice to make it.
3. What's your Minimum Order Quantity? what if our actual need quantity are less than MOQ?
1) Our MOQ is 500 pcs for custom products, if small quantity, the cost in total is similar to 500pcs,
because the main cost of MOQ is in tooling open, labour cost and start-up fee.
2) If you like customized box with your own Logo and Theme color, we suggest that you increase the
quantity of your order. The smaller the quantity, the more expensive the share, you will find total cost
for 500 or less than 500 are make no difference.
4. How do you ship our products if our order is ready?
1) We will pack all goods in strong carton, or by pallets and angle bead to protect your goods.
2) Choose the appropriate mode of transportation according to goods weight and volume and customer
budget, our usual partners are FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, and by sea or by air.
3) We will inform you in advance before the goods are ready. You can also choose a cooperative freight
forwarder according to your actual situation, we can help you loading goods.
